Ontology Atlas is a local-first workbench that keeps one reviewable Markdown record of what this codebase builds, why it has its current boundaries, and what a change would affect, shared by the people who own the system and the AI agents that change its code.

Ontology
No domains or capabilities yet. Make the first domain on the map.
This overview is not laid out yet. An agent can read the map and rewrite it as four sections (what it does · how work flows · where it is uneven · where to look next). The result stays after you review it in the Library.

Lay out the overview of ontology-atlas. First read the map with get_concept("ontology-atlas", body: "full") and query_ontology({operation: "project_map", project: "ontology-atlas"}), and check the evidence in the domain, capability and element documents. Then rewrite the body of ontology-atlas.md under four ## headings: 1) What it does (two or three sentences), 2) How work flows (a numbered list, each step naming its domains as [[domains/…]] wikilinks), 3) Where it is uneven (bullets: where capabilities outnumber elements and the reverse), 4) Where to look next (bullets, each with a wikilink to its evidence document). Write nothing the map does not support. Before writing, pass the mtime from get_concept as expected_mtime and change only the body with patch_concept. I will review it in the Library.
