ontology-atlas의 개요를 정리해 줘. 먼저 get_concept("ontology-atlas", body: "full")와 query_ontology({operation: "project_map", project: "ontology-atlas"})로 지도를 읽고, 도메인·역량·요소 문서에서 근거를 확인해. 그다음 ontology-atlas.md의 본문을 ## 제목 네 개로 다시 써 줘: 1) 무엇을 하는가 (두세 문장), 2) 일이 어떻게 흐르는가 (번호 목록, 각 단계에 해당 도메인을 [[domains/…]] 위키링크로), 3) 어디가 고르지 않은가 (글머리, 역량은 많은데 요소가 적은 곳과 그 반대), 4) 다음에 볼 곳 (글머리, 항목마다 근거 문서 위키링크). 지도에 없는 사실은 쓰지 마. 쓰기 전에 get_concept이 준 mtime을 expected_mtime으로 넘겨 patch_concept으로 본문만 바꿔. 내가 자료실에서 검토할게.
